How long does shipping take?
Orders shipped with standard shipping usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders shipped with Overnight Shipping arrive in 1-2 business days depending on what time you place your order. If you place your order before 12:00pm PST, you will receive your order the next business day, Monday through Friday. Orders are not delivered on weekends.
When will my order be shipped?
Standard shipping orders require a 24-48 hour processing time. Overnight Shipping orders placed by 12:00pm PST will be shipped the same business day. So an order placed at 11:59am PST on Thursday will be shipped on Thursday, but an order placed at 12:30pm PST on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.
Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address — street number and name, city, state, and zip code. We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.
What is your return & exchange policy?
If you're not completely happy with your purchase prior to installation, we will provide a hassle-free refund or exchange on hair extensions that have not been unwrapped, worn, or otherwise tampered with within fifteen (15) days of the date that you receive your order. Return shipping is FREE.
We will only consider exchanges or returns on hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains tied in the original secure ribbon. The product must be in its original condition and sellable as new. Due to hygiene standards and regulations, we are unable to accept hair that has been colored, chemically treated, installed, or used in anyway.
You must contact us prior to sending your return so we can provide your FREE return shipping label. Requests for refunds on merchandise returned without contacting us will not be honored. Merchandise must be received before a return or refund can be granted.

**Import Duties, Taxes on International Shipments**
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country; we have no control over such charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information regarding any taxes or duties for which you would be liable.
To avoid paying the high tariff when you receive your package, we may ship your package as "Hair/Wig sample", and declare a much lower price about $10-$20 on the package.
