I sent an email to info@youthbeauty (which was undeliverable ), left a vm (unanswered) and sent a message via contact us. No response. I’m not only disappointed in my last purchase but the customer service also.

This headband wig is a game changer for me. It’s the first one I’ve owned and fairly easy to install. The pros are it’s lightweight, quick to throw on, affordable, and it looks great. The cons are that it has a terrible chemical smell that is tough to remove, it is small for my head size, and the extra headbands should be big enough to cover the black headband on the wig. There are some split ends, but it’s ok. A tale of caution regarding the wig fitting too small: The wig actually slid off my head as soon as I stepped foot in a crowded grocery store the other day. It was embarrassing and hilarious at the same time.

Hair is very soft and lovely, minimum shedding only thing I’d change is the actual support band it kinda digs in ur skin because of it not being completely sewn down around the edges! Other than that perfect for someone on the go!!

I received this about a week ago. It is my go-to everyday wig. It looks natural and the body wave is so beautiful. It is very cute, doesn't shed or tangle, and the cap is breathable and nice.

The hair is nice and soft. It gets a little frizzy after awhile but some light serum can fix that. The hair seems a little processed but I still like it. I��ve ordered 2 so far :)

Here is my really honest Rewiev, Its my second time ordering hair with this company, my first wig is 6 months old, its a bit dry but still in good condition. The hair is really soft, it has a little smell but after washing it just smells like hair. The wig is comfortable and true to lengh, normal shedding. I also like the density, it looks good but natural too. Its definitly human hair and its acts really nice and you can curl or flatiron it easly Seller comuntication was good and helpfull, i recommend to ask them if you have questions.

I purchased this frontal to make a bob wig with some hair that I already had. I ordered the frontal in 14�� and it looked a little bit short but it was perfect. It wasn��t too dense and I didn��t need to pluck too much. The knots bleached perfectly well and the hair is really soft with little to no shedding. The seller was great with communication too.

The hair has a very nice sheen by itself, no need to apply anything to it. Minimal shedding, no split ends and just full, bouncy & soft all day. I get so many complaints on my hair and that's what I really love about this hair.
